Flat platform fee. Storage at cost. No markup on growth.

EvidenceVault does not profit from how much evidence you store. Azure storage is billed straight through to your force at Microsoft's published per-GB rates — we don't mark it up, and we don't earn more if your archive doubles. The force pays a single flat platform fee for the software, the operations, and the security.

Storage

Three tiers. One lifecycle. Pass-through pricing.

Evidence ingests to the Cool tier. After 30 days without access it auto-promotes to Cold; after 90 days, to Archive. The lifecycle policy runs in Azure Storage — nothing for the force to schedule or remember. Storage charges appear on your invoice exactly as Microsoft bills them, with the line items audited.

Pass-through means pass-through. Microsoft publishes per-GB rates per tier. Your invoice quotes the same number. EvidenceVault makes no margin on bytes stored — only on the platform fee. That alignment is deliberate: we have no commercial reason to keep cold-case data on premium storage, and every reason to retire it down the lifecycle the moment it qualifies.

One flat monthly fee. Everything below is included.

The fee is sized to your force, not to your data volume. Pricing depends on classification, named-user count, region, and any optional add-ons (DR pairing, Managed HSM upgrade). Get in touch and we'll send a fixed quote within two working days.
